For example, when helping others with wealth, one should not see oneself, others, or the object given; this is called "the three wheels are empty" and a "pure mind." In such a state, even a single grain of millet can plant boundless blessings, and a single coin can erase a thousand kalpas of sin. However, if this mindset is lost, even ten thousand pieces of gold will not suffice to fulfill one's blessings. Life is not a game; we do not have many opportunities to choose. Once a choice is made, one must persevere. Life is like a journey where the scenery is unpredictable; as long as we appreciate it sincerely, everything is indescribably beautiful.
Confucius said, "When serving parents, one should gently admonish them." When facing a parent's mistake, a truly filial child does not simply obey blindly but acts opportunistically with a reverent heart and tactful words, or seeks help from appropriate elders to prevent them from committing heavier sins. To subdue people by force is not true submission; only by reason can one leave no room for argument. Especially after gaining power, it is easy to lose direction and sink into authority, unintentionally creating enemies. One must realize that the improper use of power can create boundless sin; proceed with caution!
Do not mistake wishes for ideals, and do not mistake satisfaction for wishes. Set lofty goals for life and pursue them with perseverance and unwavering determination. Even if you do not reach the shore of victory, the footprints you leave behind will shine brightly.
To be understood is happiness; to be misunderstood is pain. Everyone must possess their own individuality. Once you have identified your goal, do not worry too much about what others say.
The only guide for living is one's own conscience. Looking back, the only thing that brings solace is the integrity and honesty of one's actions. It is unwise to live a life without such solace. While people often mock themselves for disillusionment or errors in calculation, this sense of integrity allows you to move forward with steady steps and a sense of honor, regardless of what fate brings.
When you find an employee who is fully committed to their work, you should pay them double, because they can do the work of three people.
