When I was fourteen years old, I went to Tianjin alone to work, earning only 700 yuan a month without meals or accommodation. Among everyone in the store, I was the youngest, unable to speak standard Mandarin, and quite introverted.
As a salesperson, I initially struggled to express myself and was assigned to clean the shop for a whole month and even wash clothes for my colleagues. At my lowest point, I could not even afford meals and ended up losing twenty kilograms in just a few months.
During that time, I also thought about going back and escaping reality. However, what truly kept me going was not external support, but an unyielding spirit deep inside me. Even without much education or experience, I believed I could become someone outstanding.
It was this belief that allowed me to persist step by step until today.
