If we sow lamentation in the fertile soil of life, we will inevitably harvest the fruit of sorrow. Since others can plant the sweet oranges of hope, why can we not sow the delicious olives of optimism?
As the saying goes, a lamp won't light without being trimmed, and truth won't be clear without discussion. However, when confused people argue, they often become more muddled. Therefore, if you do not understand something, do not pretend to. If you wish to understand, seek guidance from those who do. The most difficult situation is when a leader fails to understand and refuses to seek clarity, leaving the knowledgeable to simply pretend to be ignorant.
The path to ideals is often winding and tortuous. Sometimes, we wander in circles, feeling as though we will never reach our destination, when in fact, we are already very close to our goal. Life requires patience and endurance.
Life is defined by whom we encounter. Regardless of where you are or what your environment is like, you must never lose sight of your goals. Everyone has the right to choose—to pursue or to give up—and it all depends on your own resolve. If you constantly find excuses in your circumstances, then your resignation becomes understandable.
Therefore, to reach your goals and obtain what you desire, you must take action. When you decide to do something, do it immediately. Start doing, and in the process, look for opportunities, create conditions, correct your course, and refine your methods. Do not let fear hold you back. As long as the general direction is correct, even tasks that seem hopeless at first can yield great results if carried through to the end.
