Everyone has their own childhood. Regardless of where it was spent or the ups and downs experienced, it remains a precious memory. During childhood, we often dreamed of the future, unaware that youth would arrive as sweet and fresh as a fruit candy, arriving quietly and as light as a dream. Looking in the mirror, we see our youthful faces fading; walking outside, we find ourselves taller than the fences we once looked up to. Seeing the red scarf in the corner, still warm, we feel a mix of nostalgia and pride, as it is replaced by the shining emblem on our chest, like a small, burning sun over our hearts. As we grow, do we feel anticipation, nervousness, or confidence?
Tadpoles feel sad about losing their tails, while caterpillars rejoice at their new wings. On the journey of youth, rather than mourning our childhood like a tadpole, we should strive to become butterflies that beautify the world. "逝水年华细斟酌"—what a profound saying. Opportunities are everywhere, and dreams are within reach. As long as we seize the moment, we can make our youth bloom beautifully!
Perhaps youth, as we envision it, is more than just a beautiful period of time; it can be sunlight, a book of poetry, waves on a beach, or the sound of a bicycle bell; it can be a resounding promise, or a burning fire of hope in our hearts. Regardless, we have already sketched a golden blueprint in our minds.
Thus, we bid farewell to "June 1st" and our childhood on the banks of growth. As we grow through these singing years, a clear stream recedes behind us, while an endless ocean lies ahead, and in the distance, the sun rises from the sea, casting a golden glow.
We all long for a magnificent youth and to achieve something great. While not everyone can achieve greatness, accomplishing anything meaningful is a success in itself. Everyone's youth is unique, beautiful, yet fleeting. Since we only have this one youth, we must make it fulfilling, joyful, sunny, and vibrant! Cherish our beautiful youth, and let it be without regrets!
