What is a human being? Are we merely "advanced animals"? Life often seems like a repetitive cycle: from kindergarten to primary, middle, high school, and university, then into the workforce, marriage, raising a family, and finally, aging and death. I believe everyone has a period in their lives they consider glorious, perhaps it is the day of their wedding.
From an ordinary perspective, everyone might pretend to be stronger than they are. No one is born foolish; what might look like innocence or simplicity is often something else. In many moments, I see things more clearly than others, yet I choose to act unaware to preserve the innocent and childlike image others hold of me. I dislike being labeled as "naive" or "childish," and I detest hypocrisy, flattery, and pretension. Some may call me eccentric or strange, but it is important to understand that everyone has their own unique character. In this increasingly materialistic and superficial world, though life is transient, I believe the footprints we leave behind will forever remain on the sands of time. True essence cannot be seen with eyes alone; it must be heard with the soul.
Sometimes, a single moment of negligence can change a lifetime. Perhaps it's simply a lack of effort that leads to a regrettable end. I firmly believe that if you do something, you should do it to the best of your ability; otherwise, effort is wasted. Since we only live once, why not strive for a high-quality and joyful life? Therefore, I will lay a solid foundation for my future, work hard, and pursue an extraordinary life. I want to create my own miracle.
