Negative emotions can greatly harm the body; one should learn to let things go and think clearly. Learn to forgive, and do not punish yourself for the mistakes of others. Letting go of pain brings no benefit to oneself. Try to love, rather than living in a sea of resentment. Life is short, filled with both joy and sorrow; steer clear of negativity and try to do meaningful things that benefit yourself, your loved ones, your friends, and society. A broad mind, far-reaching vision, compassion, and wisdom—this is the state of a Bodhisattva.
Interacting with others provides opportunities for humble learning, while solitude offers chances for reflection and self-examination.
Time flows on; does it know whether my world has ever welcomed a traveler?
We have become more responsible and no longer give up easily. Because we face so much, some matters cannot be taken lightly, and some people should not be treated casually. We have gradually learned to be cautious and to handle relationships with care, because we desire understanding and want to live with dignity. It turns out that while we deal with various matters, those very matters are quietly shaping us.
