A person can be as tiny as an ant at times, but at other times, can burn like a flame, burning relentlessly until the end of life, until life is tempered into steel, indestructible. Different people have different meanings in life; this does not mean those born into wealth are superior, nor does it mean that a life of poverty lacks value.
A life as indomitable as Paul's, striving and working hard for a lifelong belief, is worthy of respect. Conversely, A life without belief or the strength to uphold it is weak and fragile.
The greatest fear in life is to lose belief, to lose ideals, or to fail to act. Before life, everyone is equal; how we take the first step, how we embrace adventure, how we write the finest chapters of our lives, and how we clear the thorns on the path of belief, determines everything. Some people ultimately choose to give up, losing themselves at life's crossroads and forfeiting the meaning of existence.
Others choose to walk bravely forward, regardless of the obstacles, remaining steadfast and remembering the purpose of their journey. Do not fear hardship or exhaustion; when success arrives, you will find that every effort was worth it.
Just like Paul, he strove, he fought, and he achieved it. He remained steadfast, struggling for his ideals—that was the meaning of his life. Despite the insults in his youth, being captured by rebels, suffering severe head injuries, facing death, becoming paralyzed, and going blind, he never complained. He endured in silence. Even when brushing against death and enduring unbearable pain, he never gave up, continuing on the path he chose.
When lost, do not panic. Calm your mind and think: What is the belief you would protect for a lifetime? What is the faith that keeps you steadfast at all times? Do not fear hardship or exhaustion. As long as you are alive, walk forward for your belief until the very end.
The flower of every life can bloom brilliantly and magnificently.
