When there is no hope left and no result in sight, one must learn the art of letting go. If it flows, let it slip away quietly; if it surges, let it dry up silently; if it grows, let it wither naturally. Learn to let go—turn away before the tears fall to give life a fresh start; learn to let go—stop mentioning the past and bury it deep in your heart; learn to let go, and life will become much easier.

Most human suffering stems from within. When one feels content, with a calm mind, a tireless body, no desires, and a peaceful soul, happiness is found there. When one can eat well, play heartily, sleep soundly, live without worries, and feel satisfied, happiness is found there.
Some who have built everything from nothing can endure the hardships of the climb, yet they struggle to endure the setback of falling back to zero.
