Learn to find joy and happiness in work, and share that joy with others.
Work has four levels: first is subsistence, where work serves as a means to survive; second is career, where work becomes a spiritual pursuit and a source of achievement; third is joy, where one finds pleasure in their tasks; and finally, self-transcendence, where work and life become one, an inseparable part of existence.
Sometimes we fall into silence to avoid disappointment. Learning to let go is not about abandonment, but about temporarily setting down heavy burdens to allow our weary minds and bodies to find rest.
Time flows silently, gently allowing us to experience the changing seasons and the flavors of life, yet ruthlessly leaving the marks of aging. We must cherish the present to avoid regrets in the future.
If one remains indifferent to the emotions of others and is unwilling to help when they are in need, it becomes difficult to find genuine warmth and connection in life.
