Life is not inherently bitter; it is our excessive desires that make it so. The heart is not inherently heavy; it is our inability to let go that burdens us. Desire is like sand in your hands—the tighter you grasp, the more you lose. Gain and loss are two sides of the same coin: sometimes, in the act of gaining, we are losing; and in the act of losing, we may be gaining. To "give and take" means to let go of confusion to attain wisdom, to sacrifice the small to gain the great, to let go of delusions to find truth, and to abandon the illusory for reality. Let things go and follow the natural flow.
In life, whether it is the pressure of survival or work, it significantly impacts our mindset. When stress strikes, emotions can become volatile, leading to irritability and frustration. Consequently, those who impose more pressure on themselves often experience less joy.
Return to yourself to find your true essence. Amidst the bustle of daily life, take a moment to reflect: Who am I? Where do I come from? Where am I going? Do not merely rush forward and forget the direction you came from. We are only whole when our soul walks alongside us. If you accidentally leave your soul behind, slow down your pace to let it catch up.
