A life without hardship is fragile, and a soul without sublimation is mediocre. The most graceful moments in life never occur amidst calm seas. Instead of constantly criticizing others, you should focus on self-reflection, for resentment only hurts yourself. In moments of melancholy, you only lose one day of happiness. While there are a thousand paths to error, there is only one path to truth. Life is inherently full of vicissitudes; it would be cruel if we could not offer ourselves hope and solace. No one can decide your victory or defeat but yourself. We were too young twenty years ago and will be too old twenty years from now; but right now, we are neither old nor young, just right to walk together. If the road is long, walk faster; if the person is distant, say goodbye. I fear time passes too quickly before I can gaze at you deeply; I fear time passes too slowly, constantly worrying about losing you. I wish we could grow old together overnight and never be parted. Spilled water cannot be gathered; once something has happened, it cannot be changed. Wood is already a boat, how can it be undone? Whether we learn from our mistakes or remain trapped by them depends entirely on us. Those who appear happy may harbor untold sorrows; those who always smile may shed silent tears; those who flaunt their lives may not be as prosperous as they seem. Only you can truly understand your own happiness. Therefore, do not be hard on yourself or dwell on the opinions of others; live according to your own sense of comfort. Happiness is like drinking water—only the one who drinks knows if it is cold or warm. Your happiness lies not in the eyes of others, but within your own heart. Understanding the depth of things is rare. When I finally found the courage to call you, everything seemed to change. Silence nourishes the spirit, few matters nourish the mind, few thoughts nourish the essence, and few desires nourish the soul. Life is the most fragile thing; health is paramount. Remember those who are kind to you, for they could have chosen not to be. No true love should require you to sacrifice your dignity or endure suffering. Love may leave you bewildered, jealous, or heartbroken, but ultimately, it should provide warmth and security. If it does not, you have either loved the wrong person or used the wrong approach. Rather than suffering, it is better to be single. We should not rush life for all the answers; sometimes, we need patience. Even when you shout into a valley, you must wait for the echo. Life will eventually reveal its truths, just not all at once. If you are willing to wait, life's beauty will arrive when you least expect it. Boiling a pot of high-mountain water to listen to an ancient melody; tasting the Zen in clouds and water to realize the falling of flowers. Ancient poems tell of emotional beauty; ink and brush reflect a heart without regrets; contemplating Zen and truth to understand life, even if heartbreak leaves one weary. There is a feeling of hitting rock bottom, a thought of missing you tonight, a pain of remembering the past, and a whisper of ink on paper. The heart remains silent, the people are gone; in this life, what can save the loneliness within the soul?
