Having experienced the warmth and coldness of human relationships and tasted all the flavors of life, one grows mature and strong. True security can only be provided by oneself. Therefore, strive to be the best version of yourself and live the life you desire. Do what should be done and walk the path meant for you; do not shrink back or waver. No matter how difficult it gets, tell yourself: Making even a little progress every day is better than standing still!
When King Edward visited the slums of London, he came to the door of a dilapidated house where a destitute old woman lived. The King asked if he could enter, a gesture that revealed the true essence of nobility: one can easily become wealthy, but becoming noble is much harder. While wealth may make one rich, without a strong spiritual strength and a noble concept of respecting others, money is merely superficial.
Every present you are dissatisfied with is the result of a past self that was unwilling to work hard, act, or change. That "past" isn't far away; it was the thoughts and actions of a moment ago. Your current thoughts and actions will instantly become the past. Life flows through countless moments and will eventually come to an end; you may feel gratified or filled with regret. Everything is simply the result of your actions in the moment.
It is through pain that we learn to protect ourselves; through tears, we understand heartache; through folly, we learn the balance between persistence and letting go; and through love, we realize our own vulnerability. Life does not require such futile obsession; nothing is truly irreplaceable. Perhaps it wasn't that there was no possibility, but simply that the timing was wrong, the bond was shallow, and we loved at the wrong time.
Maintain your rationality and let go of worldly illusions. Do not be moved by vanity or tempted by fame and fortune. Only then can one experience one's true nature and see one's authentic self. Otherwise, the soul will remain in a state of anxiety and unrest.
Life is like a blank sheet of paper. It is the colors of hope, composure, vitality, passion, and romance that make life vibrant and magnificent.
Life begins in this lifetime and ends in the next; follow the eternal rules of this journey!
