How can life be endured without joy? Yet, life is also inseparable from sorrow. I do not believe one can be happy every single moment, nor do I think a life filled only with sorrow is meaningful. However, if one can slowly absorb and savor both joy and sorrow, then both become worth remembering, and life becomes truly interesting.
In this world, what we truly seek is happiness. When we let things go, our hearts are no longer weary. One should not force things; doing so only brings constraints, pain, and unhappiness.
As the last cloud drifts by, it leaves behind only the soul-stirring beauty of dusk. Leaving no trace behind, as one gazes into the distance, a mirage appears. Though ethereal and void, it feels profoundly real, like a dream that vanishes in an instant. With a heart as calm as water, looking back at the past, everything remains peaceful and ethereal. Even when faced with loss, in this moment, one can still listen to the cicadas and smile at the flowers. Wandering alone by the mountains, one becomes immersed in this tranquility.
A classic life is not defined by power or wealth; it is about whether one can be happy every day, whether one can travel the world freely, and whether one can live a carefree life without burdens.
Choosing to forgive others is the best way to treat oneself. Only by releasing ourselves can we achieve a healthy and free state of mind.
