Life requires seeing through things clearly, but never giving up hope.
A joyful heart is like a good medicine, while a broken heart can drain away one's strength and spirit.
Send away those excuses and tell them they have been dismissed. You no longer need countless reasons to hold yourself back. Most of the time, we limit ourselves because we keep making excuses instead of improving our lives and striving for growth. Sincere people can only accept sincerity, not lies; generous people may tolerate temporary stinginess, but they cannot appreciate long-term selfishness.
Master Cheng Yen said: “Peace is beauty, and stability is the greatest joy. This is the most noble and beautiful state achieved through meditation, self-cultivation, and inner harmony.”
A year has spring, summer, autumn, and winter; people experience joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness. The best way to be happy is to forget unpleasant things, and the best way to find happiness is to let go of misfortunes. Holding on to unhappy memories only brings pain, and remembering misfortunes only deepens sadness. Forget what has been lost and appreciate what you have, for that is what brings true happiness. Do not expect everyone to like you, because that is impossible. Being appreciated by most people is already a sign of success.
The best relationship is one where you can completely be yourself, and your partner still loves the real you. In the ocean of love, there are always many waves. We may think our love is deep and sincere, but sometimes it is only shallow and fragile. Even an unpleasant word can deeply hurt the heart of the person we love.
A truly excellent heart does not need to be magnificent, but it must be strong.
Many things cannot show results immediately; they require patience and perseverance. As long as you are willing to pay the price of effort and persistence, you will eventually enjoy the sweetness of success.
Know yourself, overcome yourself, and only then can you truly influence others.
The only purpose of memories is to remind me that I do not want to return to the past.
