Modern life is becoming increasingly complex. We enjoy many pleasures yet lack true happiness; we possess much convenience yet lack freedom. In solitude, emotions such as confusion, anxiety, loneliness, and sadness often arise, providing fertile ground for negative energy to grow. In fact, most of the world's negativity stems from idleness. Over the years, the greatest wisdom I have learned is silence. When faced with criticism or doubt, I know they cannot truly take anything away from me; my family, friends, and career remain unshaken by external forces. Therefore, even though I have the ability to argue and the right to defend myself, I ultimately choose silence, trusting that time will reveal the truth. This karma is not a judgment from heaven, but the natural consequence of the good or evil choices we make. The process of growth is never smooth. No one is born with the ability to speak or walk; everyone must mature through accumulation and tempering. Please believe that paths are forged by walking; never tell yourself that you cannot do it. In your work, stand up and express your views bravely. Even if you stumble over your words or your views are not perfectly accurate, the important thing is that you have the courage to stand up. There are no rewards for mere effort; all rewards are given for results. Therefore, we should not just work hard, but work smart.
