Youth — we are still young. Whenever we face setbacks, elders often comfort us with these words. Yet, on this journey of youth, how many truly sail smoothly? Along the way, I have constantly fallen and risen. Fate seems to intentionally tease me, pushing me to the edge of cliffs again and again. I have jumped off recklessly, naively believing that luck would catch me, only to wake up in regret after a heavy fall, realizing my past ignorance. I then strive desperately to climb back up, only to fail repeatedly. Though I do not know how long I will wander here, I have never considered giving up, for persistence in this moment is the source of hope in the next. To stand up again, one must remain steadfast.
I recall my teacher saying that people grow through setbacks. Through repeated failures, I gradually realized that the road ahead would be more arduous, filled with various difficulties. To avoid being defeated, one must take the initiative to overcome them. It is often said that a person's greatest enemy is themselves. Therefore, to conquer external challenges, one must first conquer oneself. If one cannot defeat themselves, all efforts are merely empty talk. However, conquering oneself is not easy; it requires concrete evidence to tell oneself: "I can do it!" Standing higher allows one to see farther; the more one understands, the more one gains. Only by continuously enriching oneself, possessing the physical strength of a giant and the wisdom of Afanti, can one remain invincible.
Because we are young, we are impulsive; because we are young, we are bewildered; but because we are young, we understand more. God has given me a young heart, and I should make it more vibrant, passionate, and radiant. Youth has no limits.
