The world was originally simple, but became complex due to interests; the human heart was originally pure, but became complicated due to the struggle for interests.
3. When young, one often feels impatient with the monotony and slow progress of daily accumulation. During a learning plateau, it is easiest to give up when daily practice shows no obvious improvement. During a career low point, it is easiest to lose one's temper when dealing with mundane tasks without a sense of achievement. To endure is easy to abandon halfway, but once endured, things will become smooth. Overcoming boredom is the foundation of progress. "If one does not play for three days, the hands become thorny." Think clearly, then persevere.
4. Maintaining innocence is vital. Never lose an open mind and childlike enthusiasm, and you will naturally possess infinite possibilities. Truth is often ambiguous, while lies are easily understood. The best way is to rely on experience without losing your innocence. Miracles exist in everything; one only needs to observe with heart.
