54. If things are this way, why not look at them more lightly? If it is so, why hold onto excessive obsessions? Persisting in what should be persisted in is a form of gain, while letting go of what should be let go of is a form of enlightenment. One must know when to advance and when to retreat. Do not dwell on things you cannot understand to avoid harming your health; do not be too pedantic about things you have understood to avoid breaking your heart.
55. There is no love or hate in this world without reason. Do not pass judgment on others; simply keep them in your heart. The logic of "final judgment" is simple: some are just too hasty. No one has the theoretical basis to define good or bad; frankly, it often comes down to interests.

61. On the journey of life, since it is all a road, enjoying the happiness of the journey itself is the way to joy. No two leaves are exactly alike, and neither are people. Everyone is a favorite of heaven. One should get to know oneself properly—recognizing both one's strengths and shortcomings. By positioning oneself correctly, one can confidently welcome opportunities or challenges, creating more success and happiness.
62. Looking back on much work, you will find it wasn't actually that important. Therefore, no matter how angry you are at the time, tell yourself it's not necessary; you will find it truly wasn't.
63. Life has no rehearsal; every day is a brilliant competition. So, no matter how bitter, learn to persevere; no matter how tired, learn to love yourself; no matter how annoyed, remember to smile; no matter how rushed, watch your tone; no matter how much it hurts, learn to let go!
64. Someone once said: "If you are in the right, you have no need to lose your temper; if you are in the wrong, you have no right to lose your temper." This is true wisdom.
