74. Today is a new beginning, and we must move forward. There are many landscapes left to see and many fruits left to taste. Seize your time and press on until the flame of life gradually fades; then, looking back, you will depart with a smile. Sometimes, it feels lonely, but one simply chooses not to speak, finding solace in the smile of the night and listening to the whispers of solitude.
75. Tolerance is like cool dew, nourishing a parched heart; it is like a warm fireplace, comforting a frozen soul; it is like aged wine, intoxicating the minds of friends; and it is like an unextinguished torch, rekindling a dying spark. When you accept the present instead of wasting energy on futile struggles, unexpected turns often occur, making you realize how much effort you once wasted.
76. Life lasts only a few decades; do not leave yourself with regrets. Laugh when you want to laugh, cry when you want to cry, and love when you should love—do not suppress yourself needlessly.
77. A cup feels lonely. When boiling water is poured in, the scalding sensation is much like love. When the water warms up, the cup feels comfortable, much like the feeling of living. When the water cools, the cup feels anxious, perhaps representing the feeling of loss. When the water becomes completely cold, the cup feels uneasy and pours it out. Once the cup is empty and comfortable again, it falls and shatters into pieces. Seeing the traces of water on every shard, it realizes it still loves the water and wishes to love it once more, but it is now impossible.
78. Associating with happy people will make you happy too.
79. Leisure is a form of "non-action," which is not stillness or death, but a state that allows life to be elegant, fluid, and full of vitality.
