A young couple had a new neighbor move in across from them. The next morning, while they were having breakfast, the wife noticed the new neighbor washing clothes outside.
The wife remarked to her husband, "Those clothes aren't being washed cleanly. Perhaps she doesn't know how to do laundry properly, or maybe she needs better detergent."
The husband looked at his wife and remained silent.
For every subsequent time the neighbor did laundry, the wife would offer similar criticisms.
About a month later, the wife was surprised to see a piece of clothing hanging on the neighbor's clothesline that looked remarkably clean. She cried out to her husband, "Look! She has learned how to wash clothes! I wonder who taught her?"
The husband replied, "I woke up early this morning and cleaned the window panes."
【Insight】: Before making judgments about others, first check if your own "window" is clean. What we perceive is often a reflection of the clarity of the window through which we view the world.
Before we pass judgment, we should examine whether we are being objective and if we can see the positive sides of others, rather than just looking for faults to condemn them. So, please make sure to clean your "window."
一对年轻夫妇搬进新家后，对面搬来了一户新邻居。第二天早晨，夫妇俩正在吃早餐，妻子注意到新搬来的邻居正在户外洗衣服。

【启示】：在我们对他人的行为作出判断之前，首先要检查自己的“窗户”是否干净。我们所感知到的世界，往往取决于观察者自身的视角与心境。
在对他人的过失进行评判之前，我们应当反思自己是否足够客观，是否能够看到对方积极的一面，而非仅仅盯着问题去审判他人。因此，请务必定期擦亮你的“窗户”。
