Stepping out of school and entering society, this vast classroom, you realize that what you thought was a rich preparation is far from enough. Society is full of challenges and mysteries, and the gap between reality and dreams is astonishing. You must analyze right and wrong repeatedly to understand that no matter how humble you are, someone may perceive you as arrogant; no matter how polite, some may see you as pretentious or immature. Whatever you do, there will always be opinions. At times, this can feel deeply frustrating and sorrowful.
When you fall, do not expect someone to lift you; you must learn to stand up bravely on your own. Even if someone encourages you, be sincerely grateful, regardless of the authenticity, because life is inherently challenging.
No matter how hard you work, do not expect high salaries or returns. Everyone is an independent individual and cannot be fully compared; fairness and unfairness are relative. Do not expect that the amount you give will always match what you receive.
When interacting with elders or colleagues, be humble and cautious, careful with your words and actions, and do not seek praise. You must have enough faith to accept both the good and the bad, the kind and the cruel, and face everything with optimism, without complaints—this is the wisdom of maturity.
Young people, do not waste your days. Youth is precious; do not squander this valuable time. Use the advantage of your youth to keep learning and growing, laying a solid foundation for the future.
