No one can possess the wisdom of Steve Jobs, the talent of Mozart, or the personality of Han Han, nor can everyone experience the miraculous life stories of fictional protagonists. However, the shining qualities they possess are still worth learning from in our own lives. They are like golden benchmarks standing in the sunlight, inspiring admiration for their brilliance, while the hardships and shadows behind that brilliance also exist alongside it. As the canvas of life gradually expands, we begin to realize that the colors of fairy tales fade away, dawn seems to arrive more slowly, and various disappointments quietly emerge. This is what life truly is.
There are no “what ifs” in life that can be erased like pencil marks; they exist only in imagination and regret. At the station of life, there are moments of hesitation and also costs to pay. Constantly avoiding choices only leaves life blank. Perhaps you have felt helpless, sorrowful, or even experienced failure, but when you look back, you may find that as long as there is no regret, those experiences become meaningful and even remarkable fragments of life.
