“人”比“点子”更值得投资
回顾我的投资经验，最成功的几个项目都是因为投对了“人”；而那些惨败的项目，往往是因为只看重“点子”。我非常赞同创业者应当将自己及团队的履历置于首位。履历不仅限于学历，更重要的是过往做事与做人的记录，即个人过往的表现（Track Record）。
