In life, there will always be those who treat you well and those who do not. Be grateful to those who are kind to you, and be forgiving toward those who are not. By embracing kindness and sincerity, life will gradually become warm and fulfilling. Those who deceive you temper your character; those who strike you ignite your fighting spirit; those who abandon you teach you independence; those who trip you strengthen your legs; those who criticize you remind you of your flaws; and those who hurt you forge your willpower.

The passage of time is an irresistible necessity, but the loss of youth is an undeniable mistake. How can we justify allowing such a terrible loss to occur?
