Clear thinking is far more important than working hard; a correct mindset is far more vital than current performance; choosing the right direction is more crucial than mere effort; and doing the right things is more important than doing things right. The pain of growth is far better than the pain of regret, and the joy of victory is far better than the consolation of failure!

Asking the right questions is much harder than solving problems, because solving problems is a technical skill, while asking questions is revolutionary. We do not lack wealth; what we lack is the vision to discover it!

Internet companies will inevitably make mistakes, and they must. The greatest mistake an internet company can make is to stand still or to avoid making mistakes altogether. The key lies in summarizing and reflecting on various errors to perform better tomorrow. Mistakes are acceptable, but the key is never to repeat the same ones. We should teach people how to fish, rather than simply giving them fish.

I will always believe that as long as we never give up, there will always be opportunities. We firmly believe that with dreams, continuous effort, and constant learning, talent will eventually shine regardless of appearance.
