What matters is how long you are remembered, who remembers you, and why they remember you.
Life is neither too long nor too short; it all depends on how we perform in this grand drama of life. I believe that through diligent effort, even a supporting character will one day become the protagonist. In this harsh and realistic society of survival of the fittest, if you do not strive to live and struggle, you will be eliminated at any time.
In life, happiness is an instinct, hardship is life, calmness is maturity, tolerance is breadth of mind, letting go is wisdom, silence is cultivation, forgetting is a blessing, and experience is wealth. Believe that what you desire will come through effort, and what you wish to forget, time will help you let go.
Stillness is both outward silence and inward peace. Stillness is not only for self-cultivation but also a treasure for regulating the spirit. To see a thousand mountains and remain as still as water, to see a thousand sails and remain unmoved by the waves. Stillness is meant to resist vanity and impatience, achieving a "clear and quiet heart." As Laozi said, "quietude and non-action" (Qingjing Wuwei), meaning "quietude can reveal the source." Only with a quiet heart can one perceive reality.
The external storms will eventually cease, but how can we calm the internal storms? "Relying on causes and conditions, nothing is solid; like a lamp in the wind, like foam on the water." One cannot find peace of mind and body by relying on the impermanent world of illusions. When you complain about the muddy roads after rain, why not look up at the starlight that illuminates your path? Beyond material life, we also need spiritual fulfillment to expand our horizons and elevate our inner worlds.
Life is like water, and life is like tea; even the finest tea fades when steeped for too long. Perhaps the edges have been smoothed, or perhaps one has become more mature and steady, with footsteps becoming more grounded and days more tranquil. Life enters a different state—serenity. Gains and losses, success and failure, gatherings and partings; although we long for everything to be perfect, we can also accept everything that is not. Serenity is a form of growth in life.
When you open your eyes in the morning, tell yourself: "Today is the best day!" Whatever happened yesterday is already in the past and cannot be changed. Do not let yesterday's troubles affect today's mood. When starting your work, no matter how busy or pressured you are, do not complain; strive to live each day well.
Time flows like water, and years pass by, leaving much forgotten. Familiar faces seem to drift away in the winds of time, leaving only mottled traces of memory. Having seen flowers bloom and fall, and tides rise and ebb, one no longer clings or lingers. Those who must go, go; those who come, eventually depart.
Within a quiet heart, there lies the most beautiful scenery. Despite the complexity of the world, the heart remains, and the sentiment remains; despite the turbulence of life, the pursuit remains; despite the vicissitudes of time, life remains.
Longing is a poem, bringing rhythm to ordinary days; longing is a rain, moistening dry days; longing is a ray of sunshine, brightening gloomy days.
Opportunities are prepared for talent, and talent is prepared for success. The more talented a person is, the more opportunities fate provides; and the more opportunities one receives, the closer one gets to success.
No matter how bitter, "smile it away," because "sunshine always follows the rain," making a "wish" under the "meteor shower," hoping that "the tomorrow of tomorrow's tomorrow" remains a "friend"!
Life is an industry; there will always be investments, gains, and losses. Life does not fear loss, but fears the cessation of creation. Instead of focusing on how much you have gained or lost, focus on creating more value, and in the process, you will naturally offset the losses.
