I have always believed that people in the world can be divided into two types: most are ordinary and eventually fade into the crowd; the other type reveals, upon closer contact, a unique aura as if they emit light. This light may come from their beliefs and perseverance, or from their thoughts and experiences. The secret to a beautiful life is to spend more time with such “radiant people,” while also striving to become one yourself.
Life has too many passersby. If they had not already left, we might never have written them into our memories as scenery. Those who once promised lifelong friendship eventually drift apart in the world. Perhaps because life is too short, while we chase dreams, love, and distance, we forget those who walk beside us, and in the end become strangers in each other’s memories.
The best state of life is calmness and composure. What appears as inaction is in fact meaningful action, which is one of the most beautiful ways to realize life’s value. Life is like a drifting cloud or a gentle breeze, quietly passing through the four seasons. We experience the soft winds of spring, the gentle rains of summer, and the harvest of autumn—life’s most abundant season.
Some people remain forever in memory. Even if their voices, smiles, and faces fade, the feeling they once brought never changes when remembered. Yet there are also things we believed we would never forget, which gradually fade away in the very process of remembering them.
In life, if love and devotion have been sincere, then only love remains, not resentment or betrayal. Live without carrying hatred, let time become gentle, let years be peaceful, and let the past settle into calmness. With a light heart like wind and clouds, move forward gently, cherishing each step along the way—that is enough.
One must learn to endure solitude. Occasional solitude acts as a moment of clarity, helping one remain awake amid the noise of the world. When solitude is treated as a form of life practice and faced with composure, it ceases to be loneliness. If one can enrich life and regulate the inner world well, one will surely become a truly happy person.
