Believe in karma: good is rewarded, and evil is punished. If retribution seems delayed, it is merely a matter of time. When faced with hatred, jealousy, or even harm from others, I choose not to retaliate. I believe that one must face the consequences of their own actions; nature provides its own justice. I only feel pity for their heavy karma and shallow virtue, and feel regret that my own lack of merit prevents me from helping them.
To love someone is to embrace both their virtues and their flaws. Love is not about seeking what one wants from another, but about giving and contributing without expecting anything in return.
We should all recognize who we are, find our place, and walk our own path. Once we have worked hard and lived with a clear conscience, we can leave the rest to fate. Instead of envying others, it is better to focus on being ourselves. Shallow envy, mindless comparison, and clumsy imitation only serve to keep us living in someone else's shadow.
To avoid the suffering of worry, one must lessen the desire for greed. With a bright and open mind, there will always be sunshine in the heart. Learn to be content and build a strong inner defense. Approach all things naturally, remain calm in the face of events, find peace in success, and stay composed in failure. Obstacles are inevitable; it is through life's changes that true wisdom is gained.
Amidst the setting sun, blank pages, and low calls, one can feel lost in the crowd, losing both direction and self. It is only through sudden realization that one understands: success is a stroke of genius for the wise, but a tragedy for the foolish. Without seeing the far shore, one cannot grasp its beauty.
Some loves fail—not because they could not be together, but because they grew weary once they were. Yet, the longing of unfulfilled love leaves a lasting memory, and the weariness of fulfilled love sparks a new pursuit. In this sense, both can be seen as a form of success in love.
