"Wind brushes the sparse bamboo, yet the bamboo retains no sound; geese pass over the cold pool, yet the pool retains no shadow. Thus, a gentleman shows his heart when things arrive and lets his heart return to emptiness when things depart." When the wind blows, the bamboo and wind meet through destiny; when the wind passes, destiny ends and all returns to emptiness, leaving the bamboo grove in silence. All things, whether long or short, bitter or sweet, are inherently empty. Do your best when things come, and remain steady when they go. A calm mind is the Way.

Conscience can make us fearful, but it can also make us firm and confident. A person can walk through many obstacles without losing their pace if they understand their intentions and keep their plans upright.

In life, it is better to let go than to see through everything. Do not try to imitate others. As travelers in this world, every stage of life gives us a different understanding of existence. We may not be perfect, but we are striving to bloom; we may lose our way, but we must not complain, for there is no path to retrace and no life to restart.

We often believe ourselves to be noble, just, or kind, frequently placing our own self-esteem above the responsibilities of others, which ultimately leads to unmet expectations and unnecessary troubles.

For life, money is not the most important thing; the most important is learning how to give love and how to receive it. Love is the only rational act; without love, we are like birds with broken wings.
