Human beings are like rivers. Although the water in all rivers is essentially the same, each river has its own unique characteristics: some are narrow, some are wide, some are turbulent, and some are calm. Everyone carries the seeds of various natures within them. Sometimes they manifest one trait, sometimes another, and even when they seem completely changed, they remain the same person at their core.
Fate is not a mystery, but the fruit borne from the flowers of our own selves. How you choose determines how your fate unfolds; to reap a greater harvest, you must invest more effort. In life, the harder you strive, the luckier you become, as fate is held in your own hands. As for true love, it does not necessarily require possession, nor is it guaranteed to last; likewise, possession is not always true love, though it may endure. Human emotions remain elusive and profound.
When time is invisible and intangible, we feel that years are long and days are many. But once those limited days become visible, like marbles, you realize that every passing day means one less marble. Eventually, you may find yourself empty-handed. Therefore, we must learn to prioritize the most important and meaningful tasks within our limited time to avoid future regrets.
If the breeze is affectionate, the bright moon can bear witness; if the falling flowers are affectionate, the flowing water can understand. What cannot be erased is the lingering loneliness; what cannot be untied is the entwined fate; what cannot be severed is the interwoven longing. If a beautiful soul has a dream, a gentleman can interpret it; if a gentleman has words, a beautiful soul can listen. When all prosperity fades, everything will ultimately turn into a misty rain.
