Truly knowledgeable people are often humble and do not flaunt their wisdom; truly wealthy people tend to be low-key and do not show off their riches; truly virtuous people are thoughtful and do not seek attention; truly wise people are flexible and unassuming; people with refined taste are natural and unforced; and those with real cultivation are calm and do not rush ahead of others.
The length of life cannot be predicted, but how it is lived is in our own hands. Hard work and dedication will eventually bring rewards. Even those in supporting roles may one day become the main character in their own story. In a competitive and realistic society, survival of the fittest is a constant rule. Without effort and perseverance, one may easily be left behind by the times.
