Some people do not need to meet again, and some things do not need to be remembered anymore. Once someone leaves, they have left; once something is lost, it is gone. Life is a process of gatherings and partings, gains and losses intertwined. There is no need to dwell on the past or constantly imagine what once was. Separation is common in life, and loss is also normal. There is no need for sighs or regrets. Whatever happens between people can be seen as the natural flow of fate, and regardless of right or wrong, it is simply an experience in life.
Instead of constantly being dissatisfied with others, one should reflect on oneself more often. Complaining about others only brings more suffering to oneself, while self-reflection brings clarity and peace.
Many problems in life do not require extreme reactions. If your finger is dirty, there is no need to cut it off; if your hat is too small, there is no need to remove your head; if you want to know whether an egg has gone bad, you do not need to eat it entirely. Many situations only require moderate responses rather than exaggerated reactions.
Life should focus more on the present rather than distant futures. Do what can be done today and cherish the present moment, because only today is truly real and within our control.
Life is like tea. In youth, it may taste bitter, but over time it gradually becomes sweet and mellow. Life experiences transform with time.
Often, there is no need to overanalyze everything or see things too clearly. Simplicity brings joy, and happiness is often found in ordinary daily life.
When the mind is not at peace, outer life cannot be truly stable. Only a calm and peaceful heart can bring true tranquility and stability.
