Uphold civility and integrity, embody noble character. Maintain uprightness with clean hands. Focus on learning and practical action. Live a life of filial piety and kindness, ensuring family harmony.
Master Lingquan of the Zen school wrote: "Fine jade hides in rough stone, lotus blooms from mud; one must endure troubles to awaken, and realization leads to Bodhi."

It is not pitiful when you recognize confusion; it is truly pitiable when you do not. Knowing yourself and mastering yourself is the path to transformation.
Let go of the past and reset your mind; this is the beginning of breaking free from troubles and the start of possessing after letting go.
