When gazing at everything, a multitude of thoughts emerge. Unconsciously, we begin to notice our father's silhouette and our mother's hands. We long to escape their gaze, yet run back crying whenever we encounter hurt. We desire independence, yet yearn for someone nearby to provide care and warmth, even when that warmth feels elusive. Thus, our hearts become filled with tangled emotions. Sometimes, we feel that even our friends are not truly close enough, leading us to withhold our thoughts or even feel a reluctance to speak. We often find ourselves unable to understand our own minds.
We are like travelers on a lonely bridge seeking tomorrow, yet we cannot help but look back to revisit our past. Now I understand: when winter snow melts, we must welcome spring; when peach blossoms wither, we must greet summer; when lotus seeds ripen, we welcome autumn; and when the wheat turns golden, a new cycle of seasons begins. Daodao said, 'Sometimes waiting is because we are reluctant to let go of what we have already invested.' But I have a hope every single day of the year, waiting endlessly for the day the fruit ripens and I grow up.
Time never stops. Youth travels northward and eventually disappears into the unseen distance. I cannot make it stop, but I have my memories; I will cherish every story of the journey I have walked...
