Don't harbor resentment or let anger consume you, and do not dwell on the past or lose courage. Whether it is fortune or misfortune, one must face it; whether it is good or bad, everything eventually passes. The beautiful memories of the past have accompanied me through the storms of life, leaving imprints in the flow of time, slowly drifting away. They warm and nourish the present and perhaps even the future. One must know when to embrace things and when to let them go. Believe that the passing time may age our faces, but it enriches our lives. The value of youth lies not in the years themselves, but in a heart filled with courage and passion—a heart that is not afraid to be hurt, not afraid to give, not afraid to love, and not afraid to dream. Life can be difficult, but you must hold your head high. Escaping a situation doesn't mean you've avoided it, and facing it isn't necessarily the hardest part; being alone doesn't mean you aren't happy, and gaining something doesn't mean it will last forever, just as losing something doesn't mean you will never possess it again. You may be sad for a certain reason, but you can also find a reason to be happy. The higher one rises in life, the more grounded their heart should become; when the mind is steady, the path ahead becomes stable. No job in this world is without hardship. Life is a process of self-cultivation; why use an unsettled mind to mistreat yourself and waste your precious years? In life, it is helpful to cultivate the habit of thinking, "If I have it, it is great; if I don't, it is fine." In this way, one can turn bitterness into sweetness. Living itself is a form of spiritual practice.
