Two clocks had been busy for their entire lives.
One day, an old clock said to a small clock, "You will have to swing 55,600 times in a year."
The small clock was terrified and cried out, "Wow, that's so many! How is that even possible? How can I complete so many swings?"
At that moment, another old clock said with a smile, "Don't be afraid. You only need to swing once every second. Just persist through every single second."
The small clock felt relieved and thought: swinging once a second doesn't seem that hard; let me try. Sure enough, it completed a swing quite easily.
