Life is not inherently exhausting, but rather burdened by too many grievances and heavy responsibilities. If the mind is not calm, thoughts become cluttered, and a cluttered mind leads to a lost spirit. The clarity of water comes from its easygoing nature, and the lack of regret in falling leaves comes from an empty heart. By letting go of all obsessions, one can truly enjoy a moonlit night or the refreshing autumn breeze. How can life be lived without joy? Yet, life is also inseparable from sorrow. I do not believe one can be happy every moment, nor do I think a life of only sorrow is meaningful. However, if one can slowly absorb and reflect on both joy and sorrow, both become worth savoring, and life becomes truly interesting. When a path is blocked, choose to detour; when the heart is unhappy, choose to let it go; when emotions fade, choose to be indifferent. Some matters pass with endurance; some people are forgotten with firmness; some bitterness dissolves with a smile; and some hearts grow stronger through pain. Life is like the changing seasons; while we place our hopes in heaven and the stars, we must also personally walk through the storms to enjoy the sweet fruits that belong to us. Do not push things you do not want to do onto others, and do not demand that others achieve what you cannot. Practice empathy; understanding is a precious treasure. Reflecting on a lifetime of struggle, one might feel a sense of loss, but this leads to a vital realization: one should not wander aimlessly through life but must move forward with clear goals.
