Experience shows that speaking too much can create many troubles; speaking less can reduce many troubles; silence can prevent even more troubles; a smile can resolve many issues. The essence of life is not as important as our attitude toward it. Although things may feel painful now, looking back later, we will see that they were not so significant. Learn to forgive those who hurt you, as they are also pitiable. Everyone has their own difficulties; life is not easy for anyone. Eventually, we will understand that what we cannot hold onto is simply what we cannot let go of.
