The best days are nothing more than when you are being playful and they are smiling, spending a lifetime in such warmth. Only through loss do we realize preciousness; only through possession do we sense scarcity. Do not turn the pages of the past if you don't have to; otherwise, the dust will cloud your vision, making it hard to distinguish truth from falsehood. Persistence can be a burden, even a source of suffering; too much calculation becomes a shackle.
Learn to persist, but also learn to let go. As the ancients said: "Great loss leads to great gain, and small loss leads to small gain; what you cannot let go of, you cannot obtain." With clenched fists, you have nothing; with open hands, the world is yours. From childhood, we are taught to work hard, to persist, and never give up. Yet, many times, we need to learn how to let go.
Leave all unpleasantness to yesterday. Those who understand you will naturally comprehend your every word and deed. To those who do not, repeated explanations only drive you toward deeper pain. Life is already tiring enough; a simple smile can resolve all grievances.
Life is warmed by shared emotions, and days are made happy by shared love. Life is short; there is no need to pursue too much. The heart is small; there is no need to fill it too full. A home need not be luxurious, only warm; love need not be romantic, only lifelong. Feel the truth in simplicity, and warmth in concern. Happiness is simple—just having someone who understands; joy is easy—just having someone to accompany you.
One slowly realizes that being sincere to someone doesn't always guarantee a return, while those we overlook might be the ones who value us most. Many things are serendipitous and cannot be sought, and some things can only happen once. Life may leave us scarred, but some wounds need time to heal, while others can only be released through music or words.
In life, having loved and given so much, let us only remember the love and forget the betrayal. Do not live with hatred; let time be tranquil and the years be peaceful. With a beautiful state of mind, walk gently, and cherish every moment. This, in itself, is enough.
What is past will not return, and what returns is never perfect. If one is not strong, who will show resilience? With a complex heart, one views a complex life and walks a complex path. Live with an attitude of adaptation. Sometimes reflecting on the past makes one feel like life is regressing. Expectation, waiting, failure—life is inherently full of contradictions. It is not that we are incompatible; perhaps the timing was simply not right.
The roses have bloomed again, as beautiful and fragrant as they were that year. The dappled light of roses under the fence drifts with a heavy sadness. Closing my eyes in a daze, deep in my memory, your smile was sweeter than these flowers.
Good rain knows its season, when spring arrives to burst forth.
Just focus on your work, and then return home with your rewards.
The beginning of success is belief; the end of success is persistence.
After experiencing a few things, one might feel invincible, but life always has countless ways to make you feel vulnerable again.
