Persistence is victory! It is more than just a slogan; it is an attitude toward life. For me, the formula for hard work is simple: persistence + accumulation = hope. And the core element of this formula is "persistence."

I once encountered a fascinating story about three construction workers. While they were building a wall together, someone asked them, "What are you doing?" The first worker, without even looking up, replied irritably, "Can't you see? I'm stacking bricks." The second worker looked up and said, "We are building a house." The third worker, however, was singing while working, a bright smile on his face: "I am building a beautiful house. In the near future, this will become a magnificent garden where people will live happily."

Years later, the first worker remained a laborer; the second became a foreman; and the third became the general manager of the company.

This story illustrates how crucial mindset is to our lives. Faced with the same environment, each individual's attitude differs, and these differences ultimately shape their destiny. Life often starts from zero. No matter the challenge, as long as we remain positive, optimistic, and confident with a determination to succeed, nothing can stop us. Learning to thrive in adversity and finding joy in challenges while accumulating experience is the key to achieving greatness.
