The philosophy of non-contention means that without struggle, vitality is preserved; without fear, wisdom shines; without anger, harmony prevails; without worry, the heart remains clear; without excessive desire, one stays balanced; without attachment, one remains flexible; without greed, life is stable and peaceful; without compromise of principles, there is nothing to fear. The height of life determines achievement, depth shapes wisdom, breadth forms ideas, width expands thinking, speed affects efficiency, strength reflects ability, perspective defines direction, and scale influences success or failure.
Work is work, and life is life. In work, one plays a professional role; in life, one returns to the true self. Work is only part of life and should not be mistaken for the whole of existence.
A man’s sense of security does not depend on height, but on inner strength and character. There are tall people without responsibility, and there are ordinary people with great strength. What truly matters is inner capability and integrity.
There is no banquet in the world that never ends; all life ultimately reaches its conclusion. Encounters, stories, and experiences will eventually fade into silence over time.
To love life is to be grateful for it. Do not show gratitude by avoiding challenges, but by stepping beyond your comfort zone and discovering that you are far stronger than you imagined.
A clock can return to its starting point, but it can never return to yesterday.
Not all destined encounters are meant for love or lifelong companionship; learning to appreciate is equally important. Some people love you but cannot stay with you. The most lasting emotions are not those that consume each other in the name of love, but those that accompany and illuminate one another.
You can no longer understand my silence. Even thousands of words cannot reveal my feelings to you. Spring has passed, a falling petal says farewell on the wind; it becomes your season of bloom and my solitude.
