People often fantasize about finding an infinite power or a path to immortality, even hoping to continue striving for unfinished causes, unfulfilled emotions, or lingering regrets even after death. However, such fantasies are utterly impossible.
To preserve youth, the best way is to maintain a youthful mindset; to stay healthy, the best way is to exercise regularly; to maintain happiness, the best way is to help others; and to avoid mistakes, the best way is to think before you act. We should live for happiness, move forward with confidence, climb toward glory, strive for ideals, dedicate ourselves to our careers, and serve our country. In doing so, we will not have lived in vain.
Those who love movement are healthy, those who love thinking are wise, those who help others are joyful, those who read are knowledgeable, those who travel are delighted, and those who pursue are successful. We must study earnestly, think quietly, act reliably, work diligently, live simply, make friends sincerely, stroll leisurely, and live with integrity.
Life is not a race, but a journey. A race focuses on the finish line, while a journey focuses on the scenery along the way. Many times, constraints are self-imposed, pressures are self-generated, and pains are self-chosen. There is no misfortune that follows us like a shadow; there is only the stubbornness of refusing to let go. Do not focus elsewhere; only by staying true to yourself can you see the path ahead. Do not place too much weight on certain people or matters; the only thing that will accompany you to the end is yourself and your shadow. Believe in yourself: if we can spin a cocoon to trap ourselves, we can surely break through it to become butterflies.
