The bright moon of old was a promise of eternity that could not be upheld, and a vow of everlasting devotion that could not be kept. The entanglements of the heart: if they can be untied, they are merely knots; if they cannot, they are tribulations. One only fears that our fate will eventually scatter within the rolling dust of the mortal world.
Turning around and looking back, one sees the passing of countless ships and the transformation of the world. Time is a long river, and all lives are but tiny grains of dust, carried by the vessels of past and present lives. At that moment, where will we drift? Who can say?
Success and failure in life often hinge on a single thought. The gap between wealth and poverty lies in the difference in mindset. Those who obsess over the immediate will lose their future. The path always belongs to the strong, to those who do not fear the world. The world is not scary; it is only when you approach it with courage that you see.
Sometimes we are fully aware of our mistakes and wish to change, yet when someone kindly points them out, we often react with anger and refuse to change. In conflicts, the other party is often perceived as being in the right, while we are the ones feeling wronged. A person should strive for four securities: peace of mind, stability of body, security of home, and prosperity of career; cultivate four feelings: gratitude, appreciation, inspiration, and being moved; seek four blessings: knowing, cherishing, cultivating, and spreading blessings; and manage four things: face it, accept it, handle it, and let it go.
It is necessary to do the right thing at the right time, but if one must give up even what they love most, then life loses its purpose and dreams, and all hard work becomes meaningless.
There are no grand ambitions, only a desire for oneself, a goal to pursue, a way to change the current state of life, to prove oneself, and to fight for a better future.
Do not say you are suffering, and do not say your dreams are out of reach. There are many in this world who suffer more and are more talented than you, yet they continue to fight relentlessly for their goals.
