It's been a while since I last ran, making it feel a bit strenuous; however, everything requires persistence to yield results. Thirst is momentary, fatigue is temporary, but glory lasts a lifetime. Whether you believe you can or you cannot, you are likely right. To reach the finish line, you must explore many different paths. The ultimate purpose of running is not speed, but happiness. If you can conquer your mind, everything else about running will become easy. Some places may not welcome you, but the road outside belongs to you. Believe in yourself, know yourself, deny your ego, and stay humble. I am also an ordinary person, and running is part of my life; my life should be this way. As my legs move, my mind begins to wander. Mental willpower is a muscle that needs training, just like physical muscle. The primal beauty of running lies in its simple elegance. It is your hard training in the darkness that allows you to shine on the track. Running is not a competition against others, but a battle within yourself.
