Joy keeps one young, while anger hastens aging; the essence of life lies in the tranquility of the soul. When the mind finds peace, the spirit attains eternity. Smile at yourself, for every day is a new beginning.

With a joyful heart, you see nature in bloom; with a sorrowful heart, you see only desolation. To maintain a good heart, do good deeds, and keep a smile on your face is the true path.

There is a feeling that one only admits is "longing" during sleepless nights; a gaze that one only recognizes as "attachment" at the moment of parting; and a mood that one only understands as "loss" after a separation.

Everyone has their own story, and every cup of tea has its own meaning. The more expectation you give to the tea, the more emotion it returns to you. Savor the tea and offer a prayer; walk the path of life and cherish every moment.

When faced with setbacks, one might cry out against injustice, wondering why talent leads to failure. But is it truly fate? Perhaps it is a lack of understanding regarding human nature. In times of defeat, one should reflect: Was I too self-centered? Did I overlook others? By finding the root of the problem through self-reflection, one can achieve true maturity through enlightenment.

In life, we encounter many destined connections. Since we have met, let us cherish each encounter. Treat every affection with kindness, every friend with tolerance, every person with understanding, and every family member with loving-kindness.
