Rather than letting others envy your noble lineage, make them envy your noble ancestry. To live an extraordinary life, one must possess extraordinary thoughts. Throughout life, we either become a model for others or a lesson for them.
The diligent seize time, the lazy squander it, the ambitious cherish it, the idle waste it, the loyal respect it, the opportunist waits for it, and the wise accumulate it.
Shakespeare once said, "True courage is the ability to bear the most humiliating disgrace with wisdom, not being concerned with worldly honor or shame, and avoiding unnecessary calamity with a peacemaking attitude." Facing a life full of pressure and hardship, courage is indispensable.
Over the years, the greatest wisdom I have learned is silence. When faced with malicious words or doubts, I know they cannot truly take anything away from me. My family, friends, and career will not be shaken by the outside world. So, even if I could shout, speak, or defend myself, I ultimately choose silence, trusting that time will bring retribution. This retribution is not a judgment from heaven, but rather the consequences we must accept for the choices of good or evil we make.
