In this world, there are too many hypocritical performances, smooth-talking expressions, unpredictable gazes, and evasive words. These add layers of barriers to life, preventing hearts from coming closer and filling life with suspicion and indifference. In such times, we often long for innocent smiles—fresh, sweet, clean, and pure—to wash away the dust from our souls.
Few people meet in life, and even fewer are worthy of our devotion. Therefore, we should focus on the present and live simply.
Do not claim to understand, for you do not understand my heart; it is my heart that I give to you. Do not wait for those who should not be waited for, and do not hurt those who should not be hurt. Some people are destined to be mere passersby in our lives, and some things often leave us feeling helpless. Rather than weeping in sorrow, it is better to face them with composure. Loneliness does not necessarily mean unhappiness; gaining something does not guarantee it will last, and losing something does not mean it will never be possessed again.
Troubles arise every day, but if we do not dwell on them, they will vanish. Life's many affairs are matters of the heart; let things come and go as they may, welcoming and letting go with a calm mind. As the Zen saying goes: "Do not forget kindness, do not hold grudges, do not dwell on others' faults, and do not dwell on the past."
When interacting with others, one must understand the ways of the world. While financial friendship is a form of destiny, one must keep financial dealings as clear as water, ensuring fairness and integrity.
Things do not cease to exist simply because you find them tiresome.
If you have obtained something you are unwilling to lose, or if you desire even more, you must take full responsibility for what you have acquired.
