Zhuge Liang once said: "A gentleman's conduct consists in cultivating oneself through stillness and nurturing virtue through frugality. Without detachment, one cannot clarify one's aspirations; without tranquility, one cannot achieve greatness." Indeed, tranquility leads to greatness, yet truly achieving such peace is no easy task.
