Another week has passed. I noticed that the class discipline has significantly improved and is no longer as noisy as before. Meanwhile, various subjects have entered their core learning phases, and the pace of learning is gradually accelerating.
This week, I encountered some difficulties in mathematics. I didn't fully grasp certain concepts, which made it hard to solve some problems. Fortunately, through discussions with Nie Zhaowen, the class monitor, and Qiu Songfa, I was able to clarify the difficult points and fill the gaps in my knowledge.
Since entering high school, I have been feeling incredibly relieved. Looking back at middle school, my first task every day upon returning home was to do homework, which often became frustrating and exhausting, leading me to just scribble answers just to get it over with.
High school is quite different. The daily homework load is relatively light, allowing me to read a book before going to sleep, which feels wonderful.
Even though high school doesn't have as much homework, I won't become complacent. I use my evening self-study time every day to consolidate what the teachers have taught. If I encounter something I don't understand, I read books or ask my classmates; if I'm still unsure, I seek guidance from my teachers after class.
I hope my future high school life remains this fulfilling and joyful.
