Similarly, do not choose the wrong partners, companions, or friends, for time is an irreplaceable resource. One's pursuit in life should not be wasted on the wrong people or the wrong matters.

If one can cultivate a heart of gratitude, one might overcome the feeling of being isolated from society. We often think of gathering with old friends but always say we will "find the opportunity"; we want to hug our grown children but wait for the "right time"; we wish to write to long-lost friends to express our affection or admiration, but we tell ourselves "not in a hurry." In reality, every morning when we wake up, we should tell ourselves that this is a "special day." Every minute and every second is precious; "someday" and "in the future" should not be excuses for delay.

In this materialistic world, by elevating our thoughts, enriching our souls, accumulating knowledge, and purifying our hearts, we can achieve a happy life. By learning to view the world from a higher vantage point, we can find peace and beauty in the tranquility of ordinary days.
